Everyone wants to know what makes up a good bodybuilding workout routine, but nobody ever tells you what not to do. Well, I think that’s a mistake and I’m here to rectify the situation. Why, cause the situation just needs rectification.

Anyway, knowing what not to do is just as important as knowing what to do. And trust me, too many guys don’t what the hell they’re doing. If I had a dollar for every time I saw some guy who wants to be a bodybuilder or says he is training like a professional bodybuilder, I’d be freakin loaded.

Anyway, here’s the list of…

!@$# You Shouldn’t Be Doing In Your Bodybuilding Workout Routine:

1. 5 or 6 exercises per bodypart.

Holy @!$# man, if you’re doing 5 or 6 exercises per bodypart, do you ever leave the gym? 1-3 is all your need, and 3 is really pushing it. You need to work your muscles, not completely annihilate them.

2. High reps.

If you’re doing high reps, you are truly lost young Jedi. Anywhere from 4-12 is where you need to be. That’s where maximum size and strength is, and that’s what you’re after, isn’t it?

3. 2-3 hour marathon training sessions.

This goes hand in hand with doing too many exercises. Training too long in one session is counterproductive, leads to overtraining, injuries and does nothing to maximize growth hormone output. Training for 2-3 hours a day on your bodybuilding workout Buy SARMs Online is just plain retarded.

4. Too much cardio.

Those little girl exercise do so little for muscular growth, they aren’t worth wasting you time doing. Squats, Bench Press, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Chins, Bent Rows, those are the exercise you should be expending most of your energy and time on.
